I found a Y belt tensioner for the i3 Mega on thingiverse but it used a small bearing i had not at home so I just made one myself with a regular skateboard bearing 8mm x 22mm x 7mm. Make sure your extruder is calibrated and the flow of the first layer is at 100% or you may have trouble putting the screws in.
