I Designed this to attach to the two bottom bolts on the print head carriage directly behind the hot end. when installed correctly it will stay just above the tip of the hot end and light the whole area at the print head. I ran the wires for the 2- 2" 24v Strip Leds through the wire loom for the hot end and tied it in to the 24v power feeds on the mother board. I also added a small switch into the front of the printer to control the light so it didn't have to be on all the time the printer is on.
