This carriage mounts onto a MGN12 linear bearing and is intended to be used with the excellent "Linear Rail X-Axis" by bartolomeus and "MK4 X-Carriage" by ML3DPrinting. It has a solid ADXL345 accelerometer mount for Klipper's Input Shaping. A separate volcano model drops the fan duct down 8.5mm to nozzle height. M3 hot melt nuts are required to mount parts. Currently there are no cable chain mounts, cable reliefs or a mount for the Anycubic adapter pcb. Maybe when I improve my 3d modeling skills I will add these features. I used this BL Touch spacer and scaled to 8.5mm thick in Cura when using volcano hotend https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5179760 Before using a linear rail for my x axis, my bed meshes were terrible. The nozzle was too low on the left but too high on the right. I did not realise that I had bent my 8mm smooth rods and tried various fixes without success. One of the fixes I tried was installing new x axis smooth rods but this did not fix the problem as they were bent too. After installing this linear x axis rail, my BL touch bed meshes have been reliable and now have constant nozzle height at all locations of the bed.
