Designed for low airflow restriction, the feed neck going into the part cooler, has been widened to about double the original. The other airflow channels have also been extended and increased in volume, with 45 degree angles. This allows lower speed fans to move more air, without the higher static pressure (and noise) generated by a centrifugal blower fan. The two short columns in front of the snap-on clamps, are intended for dots of epoxy. I used JBWeld (half the size of a pea amount), and then dropped down the Z height, and tweaked the part cooler angle, until it was perfectly parallel with the build plate surface. I slid a couple chopsticks between the cooler and build plate, and then left overnight to cure. Intended for the Noctua NF-A6x25 fan: https://noctua.at/en/nf-a6x25-flx Works with any standard 60x60x25mm axial fan (with 50mm hole center spacing). The little dots/hyphens on the bed, in the STL file, are to prevent Cura from autogenerating tree supports there (will save filament), but supports are otherwise required on the sides, for the horizontal snap on arms. Original part cooler design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2765158 Issues with stock printer configurations: 1) Cooler will touch the build plate hold down clamps when calibrating the bed height in the corners.. I've filed down the tops of my clamps with a flat hand file. 2) Cooler and fan will touch the extruder stepper motor when at max right X movement.. I've repositioned my extruder assembly to the top of the L-channel frame: remove two screws, extend the wires, add two cable ties and super glue to hold the assembly in the new spot. The Bowden tube allows the extruder to push the filament forward, instead of up, while feeding in filament from the back, instead of from below.
