I'm about to install the upgrade from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2539301, but noticed that the spacer has the wrong size. The E3D v6 Hotend has a nominal length of 62.3mm (see the drawing here: https://e3d-online.dozuki.com/Document/n5grN2JNoNibYeQW/V6-175-ASSM.pdf) My original Anycubic Mega-S hotend has a measured length of 70.7mm. The nozzles have the same length in both cases (12.5mm). This results in a height of 8.4mm for the spacer. Also, in the original design, the part that goes into the metal casing was too high. The top part of the metal case has a thickness of approx. 2.3mm, so I made it 2mm in the design so that it should fit. To make sure that your adapter will fit, make sure that you measure the length of your old hotend including (the clean) nozzle. It doesn't need to be absolutely accurate. You can compensate for some tolerance by using the bed leveling screws.
