ANycubic MEGA X bed levelling slide and shims

This is a simple mod to the ever challenging bed leveling on the MEGA X. The issue is two fold. ANYCUBIC used springs that were too short so you have no preload to keep the bed from changing especially if you ever so slightly lean on it. While you can change to silicone bumper springs these are still to short IMHO. You some amount of preload to keep the bed with enough pressure from the springs so it maintains position. The second issue is that the screws and the holes in the metal platform do not exactly line up perfectly and even if they did the screw threads drag on the holes edge again adding friction to the mess. Basically the whole setup suck the nut. Simple solution was to drill out the holes in the platform using a 1/4" bit and I made the shims with the post fit in this enlarged hole easily which reduces friction. The shims come in 5, 2.5 and 1.5 thickness and have a slot so you can just slip them under each spring or silicone bumper. I found I just needed the 2.5mm shim along with the base shim with the post. This gives a nice amount of tension on the printer pallet. This actually resolved my bed level issues which did not improve much using silicon springs due to the friction between the bed plate and threaded rods
