Anycubic MegaZero E3D Hotend Adaptor

E3D collar mount adaptor to fit the Anycubic Megazero. This fits over the standard mounts to bring the new hotend as close to the plate as possible, and allows the original mounting holes to be used (longer machine screws will be required) this is a minimal design to allow plenty of freedom for fan gantries etc. I designed it based on a clone hotend, which it fits but I understand there is variation in the collar mounts on various hotends so check before using. Thanks to Calvin_Megazero for his 3D model of the Megazero gantry which saved me dismantling my printer to measure!
