Anycubic Photon S 4" Vent base/adapter

This is a base designed to allow the Anycubic Photon S to vent easily into a 4" duct so it can be exhausted into a charcoal filter or outdoors. The Anycubic Photon S doesn't have an easily replaceable vent grill like the original Photon. This is a new base designed to replace the bottom plate on the Photon S. It vents both the vent on the bottom and the vent on the back out a 4" collared opening meant to be hooked up to a 4" flexible vent hooked up to an inline fan and then into a filter or outdoors. You'll need 4 M3 screws and some nuts to secure the base to the photon. It attaches to the same holes the original baseplate and feet attach to. The rear attachment is separate and can be press fit, but epoxy is a good idea. I also used a bit of white bathroom caulking to seal around the join between the back adapter and the back of the printer. You may also want to put some rubber feet or something on the bottom to make it slide around less. (My printer sits on a metal shelf so I epoxied on some neodynium magnets which keep the whole thing solidly in place.) This is a BIG print so I strongly suggest getting a bigger nozzle and printing at a thicker layer height or this will take days to finish. (I used 0.5mm layer heights with a 0.8mm nozzle) You should also probably not use PLA since PLA tends to degrade in UV light (which UV printers tend to be full of.) I used white PETG to match the printer casing.
