this is a collection of things that i've designed to install the fystec duet 2 wifi on my anycubic predator, be aware that to assemble this you'll need inserts (m3 4mm) various m3/m5 screws ,nuts and retention washers. i will be creating an instructable in the near future and will be posting the link here. i added a magnetic holder instead of insert-in one, you need a strong enoug magnet and 4 18mm od washers or other round pieces of metal, my magnet is a 150kg one from amazon you need it strong since there's a 3mm gap. magnet link (i cut it out of it's metal casing your magnet should be 45mm od x 10mm thick): https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07PNSSSCM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 all can be printed in pla except for the paneldue (fystec) 7inch bumper cover has to be in tpu, you can try other flexible filaments at your own risk. make sure your tpu is sticking well to the build plate its a long print (8hrs for me ), its hard to get the tpu cover bumper around the paneldue so if you're having trouble you could cut the corners on that hold the screen assembly from the back in the corner to get it in more easily. the dcdc bottom plate needs to be updated since i just learned that tl-smoothers are not needed dor the duet so if you print that you'll only be needing the dcdc part. this is still a work in progress and this summary will be updated with more detailed instructions soon. print list for normal insert-in screen attachement: AP_front_plate_panel_due_support.STL AD_Frontplate_rotation_base.STL 2x AD_Panel_due_cable_releif.STL DuetPlateAD.STL i dont recommend printing the dcdc tl_smoothers base since you wont need the smoothers with the duet. if you need help you can contact me at gzawahra@gmail.com. links for parts (these are examples you can find your own links if you prefer) the duet bottom base is built for this type of tl-smoothers and adjustable dc converters: added the H shape stl to center linear rails inside profiles and added two files for replacement carriages to hold the pcb part that comes with smart effector for magrods v2 still need testing new carriage adapters need per adapter:two M5 nuts and screws about 20mm long to hold the ends of the belt, two m4 nuts to reinstall the blue part that holds the homing black piece and 4 30mm m3 bolts to fix it on the 20 x 20 m3 holes on the linear rail carriage. i also remixed the fan mount from the link to use it with a volcano hotend for even easier hot swapping two smart effectors.. link : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2959824 Coming soon(hopefully): a 3euro filament monitor (not sensor but monitor) to check for filament jams, runout and snags,,, i'm just waiting for my bmg to arrive to continue testing ...
