Anycubic Predator Full Assembly model =============================== Description --------------- This is a full CAD design of the Anycubic Predator motion system. I couldn't find any existing design with which I could model modifications on, so I set about designing it myself. Originally this was only going to be the tower extrusions, but, well, things might have gotten a little out of hand! All essential measurements are correct to within a reasonable level of accuracy and have been sourced either from CAD drawings provided, or using vernier calipers. Components ----------------- All parts of the motion system are moddled including the following: - Tower extrusions - Tower carriages - Delta arms - Delta effector - Stepper motor assembly - Idler and tension assemblies Furthermore, I have done my best to implement the essential delta kinematics within the Fusion 360 design. Each tower carriage can be moved and the effector moves correctly in relation to the positions of the A, B and C tower carriages. Software used ------------------- All design work, assembly and rendering was performed in Fusion 360. File formats ---------------- The following file formats are being made available: - f3z - Fusion 360 archive containing the assembly and all parts as separate components. - step - Fusion 360 design containing all components within the master assembly. - skp - SketchUp design containing all components within the master assembly - stl - 3 versions. 2 medium detail, 1 low detail. Useful for adding to your slicer. Licensing ------------- This design is published under the Creative Commons Attribution license. You may use any of the data provided for any means as long as attribution is given to myself and the people mentioned below. Changelog --------------- 06 Dec 2019: Initial release 07 Dec 2019: Updated STL's with a -50mm height offset for use as machine models in slicers 15 June 2020: Updated model, corrected V-slot to T-slot. Also uploaded SketchUp file.
