Anyubic i3 Mega and Cura 3.6.0 - Pause At Height

I attempted to print a button using an M5 nut. I downloaded the SLT model from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2600531. I am using an Anyubic i3 Mega printer and have Cura 3.6.0 installed. Unfortunately, the default post-processing plugin Pause At Height did not work as expected on my printer to insert the nut into place. Therefore, based on information gathered from various online forums, I created a customized version of the default plugin that functions correctly with my printer. My post-processing script AnycubicI3MegaPauseAtHeight.py is included below. Installation for Windows users involves copying this file into the folder c:\Program Files\Ultimate Cura 3.6\plugins\PostProcessingPlugin\scripts and restarting the Cura program.
