The barrel connector for my Aomway power lead was a piece of junk and shorted on a regular basis. I soldered 14 Ga. leads directly to the board and connected to the balance lead connector to form my new harness. This worked great until the negative lead worked it's way loose and I got shorts again. To resolve this, I soldered the negative back on again and then made this strain relief out of TPU to slide over the lead and sandwich in the goggle cut-out for the original barrel connector. Since I figured this out after soldering, I had to cut a slit to slide over the wires. This works fine as the sandwich locks it in place nicely. Do yourself a favor, though and just slide your wires in before soldering to the board.
