This is a realistic, real-world-size model of 8 residential houses in a block created by a professional architect. Units used: centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 Level of detail and usage: This model is suitable for various purposes - real-time use, games, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. House - 62,065 polygons - 83,730 vertices - 24x36x16 meters Landscape - 37,948 polygons - 21,585 vertices - 150x100 meters Geometry: The model's mesh is of high quality, with clean edge flow. Geometry is carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it easy to add additional details or edit geometry. All similar objects (furniture, equipment, etc.) are instances - easy to change or replace. Scene objects are organized by layers. Presentation Images: All preview images were rendered with 3.20 V-Ray. Wire images were done with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for the geometry test. VRayHDRI with map and VRayCamera are included, making it ready to render out-of-the-box. Materials: This model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped. All materials are named properly. Additional Notes: No third-party plug-ins are needed.
