A life-sized architectural model of a residential complex with landscaping has been created by a skilled professional. The building measures 70m x 70m x 13m, while the landscape spans 200m x 20m. Metric units were used in its construction. Initially designed using 3ds Max 2011's LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE features, this model is highly versatile. It can be employed for real-time applications, game use with Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture purposes. The building comprises 232,910 polygons and 190,981 vertices, while the landscape has 44,873 polygons and 27,504 vertices. The model's mesh is of high quality, with well-flowing edges. It has been thoroughly checked for defects like holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. Its low-poly design allows easy customization by adding more details or editing the geometry. All identical objects are instances, making it simple to replace them. The shell modifier has been applied and deactivated for glass objects. The scene's objects are categorized into layers for convenience. The presentation images were rendered using V-Ray 3.20, while wireframes were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry inspection. VRayHDRI with a VRayCamera map is included for immediate rendering. This model features both V-Ray and standard materials, accompanied by JPG and PNG textures in separate archives. All objects are UV mapped, and material names are properly labeled. No third-party plug-ins are required for this model's functionality.
