This is a full-scale architectural design of a residential complex, created by an expert architect. The model's dimensions are 53m x 170m for the buildings and 250m x 250m for the landscape, measured in centimeters. It was developed using 3ds Max 2011 with a high level of detail and is suitable for various purposes, such as real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The model has 694,951 polygons and 686,222 vertices, with a mesh that is high quality and carefully checked for errors. It's a low-poly mesh that allows for easy editing of geometry and adding extra details. All similar objects in the scene are instances, making it simple to change or replace them. The shell modifier has been applied and disabled for glass objects, and scene objects are organized into layers. Preview images are rendered with 3.20 V-Ray, while wire images use VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for a geometry test. Both V-Ray and Standard materials are included in the model, along with JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. The objects are UV mapped, and all materials have proper names. No third-party plug-ins are needed, and the scene doesn't include people or cars.
