Apartment in the beach. 3d model worked on Autocad. Imported in 3ds max. Materilization and render done in 3ds max using vray plugin. The project includes the living room, kitchen, balcony, kids room and double bed room. The model is uploaded in max version 2018 and is archived containing relevant maps and textures. No need to customize paths for the maps if you are using 3ds max, otherwise please do so to make sure the quality resists.
