Apollo Toggle Switch Guard

<p>This is a recreation of a toggle switch guard used on the many control panels in the Apollo space capsule. I have also included two variations of the switch head, one with hole and one without.&nbsp;</p><p>I recommend using a resin printer for the best results, and for added realism making a cold cast copy for realistic metal weight and texture.&nbsp;</p><p>I have yet to find a good model of toggle switch that can be modified so that the head can be put on, and not rotate in place without heavy switch modification or damage. If anyone can find one please share!</p><p>Also please share any remixes of this or any projects you use this design on. I have wanted to make a space shuttle/apollo cockpit styled control panel for many years now but have never gotten around to it, I would love to see anyone else's attempt at it or something similar.&nbsp;</p><p>Disclaimer: I am not sure of the accuracy of the dimensions of this model to the real thing. If anyone has access to a real version or documentation that includes measurements please share! I will use them to put out the more accurate model.&nbsp;</p>
