This stand is meant for rising the laptop to make the display the right height for your eyes, I do not recommend using the keyboard or touch pad while on the stand because it's not meant to be sturdy. The stand was designed in parts to allow for easy transport. I use it with Apple Macbook 2020 M1 13" but similarly sized models will also fit.
