Well this thing was actually something I got from this site. I had it sitting in a folder for the longest time, before I actually got around to trying to print it, I finally tried and failed a few times and I put it through net fab and slic3r and I think the bugs are out of it. Before I go further I did NOT design this. I got on thingiverse to find it again to see if there were any updates and it was removed, I do not know why. If it is for any legal reason I can understand but lets hope not. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 100% Notes: i would suggest defining custom support. and dropping the size to 75% unless you want to make the lamp part of it 75% should put it around the actual size but who knows for sure. Also I ran into issues with simplify 3D as far as the raft firmware not responding. I ran the the second half on mattercontrol and lowered the quality I need it for Halloween and want it done now so I will print off a better quality one later. but I did get the whole thing to print. the second half I had to split again to get it to print better. I will also upload better files later. Custom Section This side was printed on high quality but I had issues with warping. I also had to print the rest on low quality for time. primed and painted. Test fitting the light. I added to pieces of scrap from previous attempts to space the light so it had some decent flow to keep the light cool. That is a 3200/7200 lumen LED head light I had to warranty out because the ballast has a bad connection so use in an car.
