Its an Apple TV bracket for under the tellie, indeed it is. Instructions Change the clips/brackets to suit your TV - this was for a LG 42" LED - where some screw holes were nicely placed. I guess that if yours are significantly different, the brackets can be modified to go at the necessary angle or whatever, as long as you retain the basic connection. I glued mine on with a combination of ABS dissolved in Acetone. Also included (not photographed) is a strengthening strip part to the back, glued the same way. Parasolid files included, to make it easier, if you're able to open them.
