The Future of Exercise Aqua-fit is a dumbbell that is adaptable to different weights using water and adjusting itself to become heavier or lighter based on the individual’s preference. The dumbbells connect to your T.V using Wi-Fi. The pressure transducer system allows to view movement to ensure you have correct posture while exercising to decrease chance of muscle strain or injury. The Aqua-fit app shows you the amount of water you pu in your dumbbell and also keeps you updated on your BMI (Body mass index), amount of calories lost, amount of reps performed and heart rate. It also includes more than 100 circuits to choose from that target different muscle groups. It is easily stored in small spaces. Manual refiling makes working out at home quick and efficient.
