Aquarium cover for 15 x 22 tank

I have a small fish tank that is 15cm x 22cm with rounded corners at the front. It didn't come with a cover and over the years there have been problems with fish jumping out as well as my cat drinking the water. This cover is designed to keep the tank protected with cutouts for lights/filters. The cutouts are a little overboard and I may add another alternative version with no cutouts and/or fewer cutouts but it works for what I wanted it for.
