The Fluval Chi is a great little 5 gal. desktop aquarium but suffers from high evaporation due to the wide open filter and lid setup. I change changed the filter to a more conventional setup and then created this nice lid to finish it off. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: 25% Notes: Use supports for the corner brackets printed upside down. Some filing may be required on the edge brackets due to 1st layer "squish". Post-Printing Assembly Print 4 edge brackets and 2 corner brackets. I used a 258mm x 214mm sheet of clear 3mm lexan for the insert. Use clear silicon to glue the whole thing together.
