These are Technical drawings of a Colt AR-15 that is only 80% finished. This can help you if you want to have the majority of your work done outside the US, as it does not require a FFL to own, purchase, or manufacture this piece. If anyone can see anything not consistent with commercial 80% lowers, please point it out to me. I am going to start producing these things, anodized. I'm going to use nothing but Billet 7075 T6 aluminum, with anodizing of MIL-A-8625, Type 3, Class 2 Black, 2 mil coat thickness. Just like Colt. I'm going to find the least expensive one on the internet and beat the price. I mean really beat it. Why? Because I for one am tired of the price gouging in the market! And also because contrary to belief, my time isn't worth jack! Why else would I be spending all this time on "GrabCad"? I will be happy to share the 3D drawings when I get them.
