I have a set of Magpul MBUS Folding Sights on my AR-15. The rear sight can fold properly but the hanguard keeps the front sight from folding down. I went ahead and notched a void for the front sight to fold down. Since you also need a bottom half of the handguard, I am including an unnotched handguard.
