I designed this for use with Sig Sauer 30rd magazines, but it works just fine for Magpul PMAGS. The rack itself is very strong - it can successfully hold all five full 30rd magazines without issue. I attached it to my gun cabinet using M4 panhead screws, which can be found on Amazon at the below link, but you can mount it any way you like. There should be no angles more extreme than 45deg, so supports are only required for the screw holes.
