This base plate allow the rifle to rest on the magazine when firing. I made it 2 pieces for better print quality. This is printed using ABS for strength. Glue them together using acetone and they will NOT come apart. I just use a brush to brush acetone on the bottom part, then put them together. Acetone slightly melts ABS for a stronger bond than any glue. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Med Infill: 60% Notes: ABS plastic or Nylon Bridge is recommended for strength.
