Arachne, The Spider is my first model did for a challenge here on Sketchfab and my first try create a character. In Greek mythology, Arachne was a talented mortal weaver who challenged Athena, goddess of wisdom and crafts, to a weaving contest; this hubris resulted in her being transformed into a spider. Based on “Arachne, Weaver of the Gods” by toomanydemons, licensed under CC Attribution. Softwares used: - Topogun (retopology) - Headus UVLayout (Unwrap) - Maya 3D (modeling) - Substance Painter (texturing)
