ARC powered Power Supply Unit

For my projects I needed a power supply unit. There are lots of PSUs you can buy und even more models to DIY. But for me they are not fancy enough. They look so boring and they do not have feature overkill. So I designed a PSU myself. With these features: - Direct connection to a wall outlet (220V or 110V) - 2x USB QC3.0 ports - 1x 12V / 3A port - 1x adjustable port 0-32V - Some fuses - Active Cooling - Fancy looks - Lights inside - STARK Industries logo - Powered by an MK I ARC Reactor (...ok, it is fake...) These are the parts I used for this PSU: 1x Power Supply AC-DC 9A (110V / 220V) https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07Y1VR232/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_woMFEb3TSB15A 1x XL4015 DC-DC Step-Down Converter 5A (for USB ports) https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07KTZ1GNT/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_KdMFEbPBEZM56 2x LM2596 DC-DC Step-Down Converter 3A (for 12V port, lights und fan) https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07YWLCTLK/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_vDMFEbZDES45W 1x Boost Buck DPS3012 (for adjustable port) https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07PLDB3Y3/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_BGMFEbVC8VT6X 2x USB Ports QC 3.0 https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07VRCYH76/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_TdMFEbK0B2EKE 1x DSN-VC288 Voltmeter (for 12V port - I want to see the amps) https://www.amazon.de/dp/B078TGKH2S/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_7dMFEbGW1X6W0 2x Switches 10A (for 12V and USB ports) https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0743GMJRD/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_YdMFEbTPJ96J0 1x 120mm Fan https://www.amazon.de/dp/B002KTVFTE/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_5dMFEbKPAA014 2 Sets Sockets / Connectors https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07SJ42DX3/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_-dMFEbF889H30 2x Fuses https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07VP374KM/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_RdMFEb44P3RT1 1x White LED Light Strip 12V https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07YZGGJWQ/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_pLMFEb1B8E2ZP 1x 220V Socket C14 https://www.amazon.de/dp/B079WQ8F81/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_XJMFEbEEHEREF 4x x 8mm Rubber Feet https://www.amazon.de/dp/B00LX0YU7U/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_PdMFEbZEWA231 26x PT-Screws 3.5x10 for thermoplastic somewhere on ebay I know that this PSU is very individual and I do not recommend that anybody builds it. It has too much features that most people do not need. And I am still tinkering on this PSU. When I find a better DCDC or a better ACDC I simply replace the old one. Maybe you should take this design only as an inspiration. To make it easier the PSU is modular. The components can easily be replaced. Therefore I added the white front, the black front mask and the electrics carrier as step models. You can change them to match you needs. If you do not like the ARC Reactor just replace it with the optional upper grid. I do not add schematics for the electric wiring because to me the modules are self-explanatory. If you do not think so, then please do not build your own PSU! It can be very dangerous or even lethal to work with 110V or 220V. You really must know what you are doing. If you have the slightest doubt - PLEASE, DO NOT DO IT! The case is designed to be printed with a layer height of 0.2 or 0.3mm. You can lower the height if you want more details which is recommended for the ARC reactor. Supports are needed on some parts. I used PLA on everything but the electrics carrier. The modules can get a little bit hot so I decided to use PETG for that.
