Print with -5mm on Z-axis. This will remove the solid bottom. I am using an Adobe Illustrator file which I converted to an STL as the actual front of the project. I decided to get that part laser cut to ensure a really professional finish. I am also using an acrylic circle that will be painted to hide the LEDs that will be installed, without blocking out the light.
