Arcade power supply terminal cover for cheap Chinese 'Min Hong MH-16A' unit - although is possibly compatible with other power supplies as well. Protects the environment from the exposed terminal points, some of which are mains voltage level. Held in place by the standard terminal screw in one of the GND positions - the only exposed metal is therefore ground equivalent. The only support required is to plug up the screw hole's square recess (the screws on this unit have a square 'washer'), but is easily removed.
