Arcade spinner mounting plate/template

This is a template and a mounting disc in one. Used to mount 5VDC 600p/r Incremental Rotary Encoder to your arcade control panel. The center of the plate can be popped out after the holes are drilled, leaving a mounting plate for the spinner. I've also included a spinner top spacer in the files that can be scaled vertically, if needed, to fit your knob. The idea and Arduino sketch are from a video I found here https://youtu.be/RsdFCMazzgI by Joe W. Thank you, Joe, for sharing your project! I've modified the sketch, removing the joystick interface, since the buttons are handled by my X-Arcade controller. Youtube video showing my setup is here https://youtu.be/AqYDVgHWPoc.
