This is a clamp for an Arctic Cat Prowler soft top front strap. Hardware : 1-1/4 x 1 3/4" 2-1/4 x 1" 2-1/4 nuts 1-1/4 locking nut Carefully cut through the hinge joint with a razor to free them up. The files are for a Left and right or for Clamps without the divider in the middle of the strap hole. These clamps will also clamp to the roll cage of a RZR 900. I have made other variations of the same clamp with bolt holes to mount accessories to my RZR. If you want me to make those files available let me know and I will.
