This is a choke lever for an older arctic cat snowmobile. I modeled it based on a 1991 arctic cat cougar. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Athena Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 50% Notes: Use supports for the lever at the beveled end Post-Printing Step 1 Using a 3/4" - 16 tap and die cut the threads into the top cylinder of the main tube and the nut. Step 2 Place the spring of the inner tube and insert into the main tube. Then thread on the nut and pull the inner tube through. Attach the lever to the inner tube using a zip tie. How I Designed This This was designed using open scad and can be altered in the files provided if need be.
