Arctis headsets are known to break at the link of the headset band and the cup, always because the plastic eventually bends, cracks and gives out. So i made a simple and ugly brace that attaches to the headset and support the cup in place, relieving tension. I initially intended to make this for me only, but i'm sharing to others so they may print it and/or modify it to fit their particular headset A fair bit of warning: It's a very tight fit, but this was done on purpose to make sure it doesn't go anywhere. You can scale it up a few percent if it's too troublesome. And make sure to print the model on it's side to get the best results. And it is supposed to flex a bit, so don't make it too rigid Also, i installed this brace before the cup hinge gave out completely on mine, so if yours gave out entirely, i can't guarantee how well it may work. I personally used a standard 0.2 layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle on a Ender 3 Pro, PLA. 50% infill with 3 walls, but that was probably a bit much. You may have to tune your settings a bit to get the right amount of support.
