Sheela-na-Gig3d was supported by the Heritage Council of Ireland Current Location A Sheela-na-gig carved in low relief on a voussoir from an arch (RO045-077005-) (dims. H 0.44m; Wth 0.1-0.4m; T 0.3m) at Rahara church (RO045-077001-). This sheela is well preserved and displays a figure with braided hair. She as clear facial features including a large nose, mouth and eyes, with what appears to be facial hair on her upper lip. Her hands are reaching behind her legs and holding her vulva open. The legs are spread with knees bent and feet pointed outwards. Breast as carved apart with the right being more prominent. She has a round belly button at her centre.
