This is a case for home made (DIY) arduboy clone based on Arduino pro mini 5v 16Mhz. The full "howto" build can be found on my blog : http://www.bluemind.org/diy-tiny-arduboy-based-arduino-pro-micro I printed all parts with my Anycubic I3 mega and default hight quality settings of Cura 4.1.
