ArduCam Stand remix for UC-261 Rev.D board and alternate mount

This is a remix of two camera stands, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1579435 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1830624 to replace the Raspberry Pi Camera (https://www.amazon.com/Raspberry-Pi-Camera-Module-Megapixel/dp/B01ER2SKFS) holder with an ArduCam (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013JTY8WY/) holder. Included are the modified parts necessary. Get the original parts from the original things. The casing from thing:1579435 was first modified to remove the stand mount (...v3b). The UC-261 Rev.D circuit board has the connector (and IC components) mounted on the front of the circuit board so 1.5mm was added to the height of the casing (...v4b) and the lower lid (...v2) was modified to clear the ribbon cable connector. The final part (...v3a) is mounted on the back of the casing using the existing screws and 4 M3 nuts so that this casing can be attached to the thing:1830624 base and joiner.
