Arduino Eyesight Guardian helps computer users follow the 20/20/20 rule for protecting your eyes during prolonged screen use. This little device clips onto your monitor, takes USB power, and every 20 mins flashes a notification to look away from your screen, for 20 seconds, to a distance of 20 feet or more. The Spare Parts folder contains backup parts to adapt the device to different thicknesses of screen/monitor so you can build one that fits your setup.
