Semborski's Arduino MEGA 1280 Case was the only case I could find that would fit my Arduino MEGA 2560 clone; however, it is far from perfect. For example, the MEGA 1280 has fewer pins than the MEGA 2560, so, with Semborski's case, you can't access the I2C ports or secondary ICSP header. Also, the original lacked an access hole for the the main ICSP header and reset button, and a few other problems. So the only solution was import it into OpenSCAD and throw random boxes at it. Here's what I've changed (on the top only because the bottom was fine):

Made all existing holes longer, thicker, and better aligned with my MEGA 2560 clone.

Added holes for both ICSP headers and reset button.

Made the USB port bigger and added spacing for power port.

Added supports around holes to make them more rigid and supports in other places that felt weak on the original.

I've included a bottom for the case, even though I haven't modified it, just so you can use it out of the box without having to download the original. If you want one of the other original bottoms, you can find them here.
