Arduino Mega 2560 Case + Mount

Here is a case I designed to house the Arduino Mega 2560 + RAMPS controller for my Kossel Delta printer clone. With the included 2020 controller bracket, you can place it anywhere on any of the beams on the Delta printer. The hole layout is for the Arduino Mega 2560. You will need the following: 2 x M3 T-slot hammer nuts (mount bracket to beam) 2 x M3 6mm screws (mount bracket to beam) 4 x M3 10mm screws. 8mm will work too (mount case to bracket) 2 x M3 20mm screws (mount Arduino Mega 2560 to case) 1 x M3 30mm screw (mount Arduino Mega 2560 to case) The holes are all 3mm in diameter. You will need to thread the holes first before mounting everything. Custom supports are included that you can break away to expose the end of the controller in the case. The grills are all spaced 2.5mm apart. You can mount pretty much anything to the grills using M3 screws. It will take some effort but they will fit. I intended to mount some fans to the case by screwing them to the grills. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Notes: I printed in PLA. There are 5mm tall stands for that the Arduino mounts to. I'm hoping that will give enough separation between the Arduino and the case to ensure the PLA doesn't melt. In addition you can mount fans almost anywhere on the case as needed.
