I made a lid for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:279537 , to fit an Arduino Mega (or Uno) and an ethernet shield. It has a nice light 'snap' together feel, and is tight enough to hold together by itself with its contents. But, it's hold is not too tight, so you can still take it apart easily when needed. I am actually amazed at how well it holds the case together without screws. May make an update later to add a cut out for an 1602 LCD. Assembly: Start with the jack end, and slip the front edge (side with square hole) in first at a 45 degree angle. Watch those tabs, they will break if you get impatient. -Update, I added more tabs and made them stronger and sharper. Seems to hold together by itself pretty good, it kind of just self snaps together. May add slots and hooks later for a better, more permanent, snap fastened hold. This design will hold its own weight (bottom+mega+ethernet shield+top) and stay together if held moderately gently. Use .stl file v4.
