Arduino Mega/RAMPS Mounting Plate for PrintrBot Simple Metal

This thing allows you to mount an Arduino Mega with RAMPS board into a PrintrBot Simple Metal 3D printer. The plate screws into three of the original screw holes on the underside of the PrintrBot. (I elected not to use the fourth screw hole because putting a screw in that position might possibly cause the screw head to interfere with the Arduino Mega PCB.) The Arduino Mega and RAMPS PCB stack snaps onto the mounting plate via the integrated posts and clips. No fasteners required for attaching the Mega/RAMPS board since it's hard to get to the Arduino mounting screw holes once the RAMPS board is connected. The space underneath the PrintrBot Simple Metal is adequate for the Arduino/RAMPS length and width.... HOWEVER: the height of the stock Arduino/RAMPS controller is too tall to fit in the space without alteration. Here's what I did to make it fit: 1) replace the graphics display connectors on the RAMPS board with 90 degree versions, 2) replace the two RAMPS poly fuses with traditional glass fuses with pigtails and 3) raise the PrintrBot up on feet another ~10mm. (I used these: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:384153 and I scaled the z height by 100% to get the additional 10mm of clearance.)
