Arduino parametric bumper case

The project involves creating a case with customizable parameters, including rounded corners. It is constructed using 3mm wall size plexiglass, though an 8mm version will be attempted next. The case can also be optimized by employing multilayer stacked rings on a 2mm thick base. Gcode for EMC2/Linuxcnc was generated with Heekscad. This project was achieved using a CNC machine; milling took approximately 10 minutes. The workflow includes creating the design in OpenSCAD, generating an STL file, importing it to FreeCAD, exporting to IGES/STP format, then transferring to Heekscad for tooling and cam operations. Alternatively, one can skip FreeCAD and directly import 2D profiles as DXF files into Heekscad, adding pocket and profile operations.
