Finally Computer / MICRO Controller for these ROBOTs. I built Cases and Mounts and CODE for using the ARDUINO in these Projects. This setup is assuming an Arduino, Battery, Motor Drivers, Power/Switches, LEDs, etc... This is intended to Automate the MOTORs and ROBOTs for user Projects. Will post ANIMAL / ROBOT BEHAVIOR Code also. Parts include: Arduino Case , Deep with Slots - found that I don't use the Top part. Battery Case. LEDs + Switches Panel. OLED/LCD Panel - found that I used the Top / but not the Bottom part. Motor Drivers Case. Motor Drivers: See:http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=416534 Schematic is attached above. SCHEMATIC + CODE + UNDER CONSTRUCTION: This is waiting for the SCHEMATICS and CODE. COMING SOON ... This is a set of Struts that I composed. These are 3D shaped , in contrast to the Meccano Parts that are 2D in that they are Flat / paper-like based. They are still compatible with the Meccano and Motor Converter Parts that I posted here on other Pages. Parts included are: Motor Gear Mounts, Motor Mounting Sleeves, Jaws, ClawNails, Feet, Curves, etc. These are compatible with the Meccano and Motor Parts (as mentioned earlier) , including: Meccano Base Parts Plates Struts Angles , Geared MOTORs to Meccano and Lego Conversion - Kit Parts for additional parts. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendel Rafts: Yes Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm - 0.8mm Nozzle Tips Notes: I printed these on a Mendel RepRap with 1.75mm fibre. I used a 0.8mm Nozzle Tip with 0.5mm Layer Height setting. Can use any tip from 0.2mm to 0.8mm should print fine. It took between 3-10 minutes per part to print. - Backbone and Belly Ring should be Rotated 90-degrees to have ball-round surface upon the Table to print properly. - Rafts are suggested for these. - Parts may be a little thin and fragile - so be careful when removing. Post-Printing Some Parts may have burrs -and need filing to finish. If the bolts seem loose, gluegun may help. How I Designed This Used TinkerCad. Built this with my custom Meccano Parts.
