This is an enclosure to hold an Arduino Uno and LCD Keypad (Link below). There are slots to access the open headers on the LCD keypad, or if you run them under as I do, there are slots on the sides to route wires out of the enclosure. There are two bodies to choose from. Both can have the central internal mounting holes, and one has external mounting holes. UPDATE: There is also now an external mounting hole only enclosure rear. Note, the parts must be rotated -90º in the slicing software. The cover must have supports enabled so the logo areas appear correctly, and must be printed with the logos facing the bed.
