Never was there a worse idea than one had by a bored Wizard seeking to peer into other planes of existence easily. The Argus Hound is the result of such an event, clearly having started its life as a dog with a short snout, any number of other creatures have been grafted magically together in to its being, along with dozens of spells, tinctures; anything magical and the kitchen skin.
