All the existing fonts in SolidWorks can't be used for engraving in CAM programs because the letters have a finite width. This attached block contains all 26 letters and numbers made with just an infinitely thin sketch line to generate the paths your CAM program needs to engrave letters into metal. Remember to explode the attached block to copy and drag or resize the letters as you need. It is provided with no guarantees, as a sample of what can be done. I hope to see people copying the idea with their own, better fonts in the future!
