ESA's Ariane 5 heavy launch vehicle. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ariane_5 Based on the Ariane 5 rocket by Vagamar and the booster connector from Fishtown. Created at 1:86.5. If you want to print this at 1:110 scale to match other models, scale the parts to %78.6 when slicing. I have rebuilt the original objects to remove the mesh errors that stopped some slicers from being able to work with the files and optimised the meshes. I have removed the slight misalignments in the parts and rebuilt parts so that they will now print without supports. For the fastest prints, I'd suggest using Cura with the lightning infill option, although this will leave you with lighter, more fragile models. Ariane_5_Complete.stl shows how the parts fit together. I have included the Blender file for those that wish to tinker with it further. This is still a work in progress. I will add finished photographs once I have printed and painted the parts. V1.1 - Replaced centre engine to be more tolerant of printing without supports. All parts printed successfully with no supports.
