This is an Act/Agenda card holder for Arkham Horror LCG. The little face is Abraham Lincoln's life mask, which is available as a shape in Tinkercad. I know Lincoln has absolutely nothing to do with H.P. Lovecraft, but I thought it added a little overall creepiness to the holder.
